Making the decision to start therapy is not always easy, that is why our approach is to take time to hear and understand your story. We understand therapy is not a one size fits all. Each therapist brings their own unique style and approach to therapy, with the same goal in mind to come alongside your journey and bring healing in the midst of a hurting time.

We offer individual, couple, and family therapy. 

I integrate holistic approaches, a biblical perspective, and use a trauma-informed lens to help you process and work through challenges you may be facing.

I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals with PTSD, Complex PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and some cases of DID. During a session you might find I incorporate other evidence based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Emotional Freedom Techniques, or yoga.

I offer EMDR intensives for those wanting to work through things in a concentrated amount of time in order to be able to move forward with their lives more quickly. Intensives are not for all clients, so I also offer traditional weekly treatment.
